Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Sitelift processes and why. The controller is [LEGAL ENTITY], [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTCODE] [CITY], the Netherlands, KvK [KVK NUMBER]. Contact: support@sitelift.download.

What we process

• Your account: your email address and your sign-in sessions.
• Your exports: the URL, the builder, your options, page counts, status and times, and your ownership declaration with your IP address and the time you made it.
• Payments (once you buy something): what you bought, the Mollie payment reference, the amount, the invoice number, and the billing details you give us.
• Requests to our site: your IP address and browser details, used for rate limits, the bot check and security logs.

We don’t sell data, and we don’t use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why, and on what basis

• To provide the service you signed up for: your account, exports and payments (performance of a contract).
• To keep invoices and payment records, as Dutch tax law requires (legal obligation).
• To keep Sitelift safe and fair: rate limits, the bot check, and the ownership declarations we need to answer takedown requests and abuse (legitimate interest).

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database and sign-in, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Cloudflare: hosting of this website and of the export workers, file storage in the EU, and the Turnstile bot check.
• Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam): payments.
• Resend: sending sign-in emails, from its EU region.

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where data leaves the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Exported zips: 48 hours after the export finishes.
• Your account and export history, declarations included: until you delete your account.
• Payment records and invoices: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. When you delete your account they stay, without the link to it.
• Security logs at Cloudflare: a short time, for security.

Cookies

We use only the cookies that sign-in needs. When you check a site without an account, Cloudflare’s Turnstile bot check runs in your browser. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You can delete your account and its data yourself in Settings. For anything else, write to support@sitelift.download. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
