Takedown requests

If you own a website, or act for its owner, and someone exported it with Sitelift without permission, or you want no one to export it with Sitelift, tell us and we block it.

What to send

Email takedown@sitelift.download with:

• the website’s address;
• how you are connected to it, for example that you own the domain or the builder account, or act for the owner;
• your name and how to reach you.

What happens

• We aim to answer within 2 working days.
• Once we have confirmed the request, we block the site: no export of it runs any more.
• Zips of earlier exports are deleted automatically within 48 hours of finishing.
• We may suspend accounts that exported the site without permission, and share their ownership declaration where the law requires it.
